Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-28 · Last updated 2026-10-28

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Pipcue is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], tax ID [TAX ID] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@pipcue.com.

These terms govern your use of the Pipcue website, dashboard, backend, Expert Advisor ("EA") and hosted MetaTrader 5 service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is, and what it is not

The Service forwards instructions you create (TradingView alerts and manual trades on accounts you own) to MetaTrader 5 terminals you control, records what those terminals report, and optionally runs a terminal for you on our server.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signal provider. We do not hold your funds, we do not recommend trades, and we do not decide what your alerts say. Every order placed through the Service is your instruction, executed by your broker on your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade with your broker in your country. You must not use the Service where doing so is unlawful. By signing up you confirm all of this is true.

4. Your account

You are responsible for everything done with your account, your license keys, your webhook secrets and any connected-app tokens you make. Keep them private; rotate a secret from the License sets page or revoke a token from Connected apps if you think one has leaked.

Give us accurate information and keep your email address current, since billing and security notices go there. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Licence to use the Service and the EA

While your trial or subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the dashboard and to install our EA on MetaTrader 5 terminals that trade accounts you own or are authorised to trade.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or share access to the Service, your license keys or the EA, and you may not use the Service to operate a signal service or to trade accounts belonging to other people.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the EA or any part of the Service.
  • Probe, scan or overload our systems, or send alerts designed to disrupt them.
  • Upload to a hosted terminal any file that is malicious, infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not licensed to use.
  • Attempt to enable DLL imports or otherwise escape the isolation of a hosted terminal.
  • Use the copier or alerts on accounts you do not own or are not authorised to trade.
  • Break your broker's or a prop firm's rules through the Service. Those rules are yours to follow.
  • Use the Service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

7. Hosted MT5 terms

If you choose to host a terminal with us, we run a MetaTrader 5 instance on a Windows server we control and log it in with the trading password you give us. The password is encrypted at rest and decrypted only to log in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the login details and for having your broker's permission to run the terminal this way.

Any EA, indicator, library or settings file you upload is yours. We do not review it, test it or vouch for it, and we are not responsible for anything it does on your account. DLL imports are disabled on hosted terminals. Web addresses your EAs may call must be allow-listed by you; private and local addresses are refused.

Hosted terminals depend on our servers, your broker's servers and the internet. When a server is down the terminal stops, but positions already open with your broker stay open. We may restart, move or stop a hosted terminal for maintenance or security. Removing a terminal wipes its folder and credentials.

You also accept the MetaQuotes end-user licence for MetaTrader 5 when you ask us to run a terminal for you.

8. Subscriptions, trial and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the Pair plan. No card is required. The trial starts when you first open the dashboard or create a license set. When it ends, your terminals stop receiving alerts until you subscribe; the dashboard stays readable.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan allows a set number of MT5 accounts to be connected at the same time, counted by distinct account number reporting in during the last 10 minutes. Accounts over the limit are blocked from receiving alerts; nothing is charged automatically.

An upgrade takes effect immediately at the full price of the new plan; the unused part of the old plan is not refunded or credited. A downgrade or a change between monthly and yearly takes effect at the end of the current period.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Customers in India are charged in rupees through card checkout. Taxes may be added where the law requires. If we change a price we will email you at least 14 days before the new price applies to you.

If a renewal payment fails we may retry it, mark the subscription past due, and then stop delivering alerts until it is paid.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are final. We do not refund partial periods, unused time or change-of-mind, because the free trial exists so you can test everything first. We refund duplicate charges for the same period and anything the law in your country requires us to refund. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use of alerts, rules and the copier

You decide what your alerts contain and which rules you switch on. Trading rules, lot caps, daily loss limits and the pause switch are tools that limit what an alert may do; they do not guarantee that a loss will be prevented, that a trade will close, or that your broker will accept an order.

The copier mirrors trades between accounts on your own license set. You are responsible for checking that copying is allowed under the terms of every account involved, including any prop firm.

11. Trading risk acknowledgement

Trading leveraged products such as forex, metals, indices and CFDs carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit with some brokers. Automated execution can place trades faster and more often than you would by hand, including while you are not watching.

You acknowledge that you alone decide to trade, which alerts to send and which accounts to connect, and that we have no control over market moves, broker fills, slippage, requotes, spreads or outages at your broker or TradingView.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that an alert will always be delivered or executed. Timings such as "about a second" are typical observations, not commitments.

Nothing on the website, in the dashboard, in the Journal or from the Ask AI assistant is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Statistics shown in the Journal are calculated from data your terminals report and may be incomplete.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, duplicated trades, data loss or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Service, even if we were told it was possible.

Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service, your alerts, your uploaded files, your breach of these terms, or your breach of a broker's or prop firm's rules.

15. Intellectual property

The Service, the EA, our website, documentation, alert templates and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 5.

Your trading data, journal notes, screenshots and uploaded EAs remain yours. You grant us the right to store and process them to provide the Service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

16. Third-party services

The Service works alongside TradingView, MetaTrader 5, your broker, payment providers and, if you connect them, AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT through our read-only connector. Each is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees or changes, including a TradingView plan that is required for webhook alerts.

A connected-app token lets the app you give it to read your account the way the Connected apps page describes: trades, terminals, journal, rules and alert activity, never keys, secrets or passwords, and never to trade. What that app then does with the data is between you and its provider. Revoke a token at any time; it stops working at once.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if a payment is overdue, if your use threatens the Service or other customers, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you first.

You may end these terms at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 11 to 15) continue after termination.

18. Changes to the Service and to these terms

We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, email you. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet or power failures, outages at hosting, payment or data-centre providers, broker or TradingView outages, strikes, government action, war or natural disaster.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of your home country. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved by email.
