What counts as an account

We count distinct MT5 account numbers that have reported in during the last 10 minutes. Terminals and license sets are not counted, so one account on two charts is still one account. A live and a demo account running together are two.

An account frees its slot after 10 quiet minutes. Restarting a terminal or rebooting a VPS keeps the slot, so you will not lose it to a short disconnect.

If more accounts connect than your plan allows, the newest one stays visible but is marked blocked and receives no alerts. You are never charged automatically. MT5s hosted with us that run your own EAs do not count; a hosted terminal running our EA does.

Prices are in US dollars. Customers in India are charged in rupees through card checkout, and invoices for Indian customers include GST details.

Payments are final. We do not offer refunds except for a duplicate charge or where the law requires one. When you cancel, nothing further is charged and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. We will tell you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.

Common questions

FAQ

What counts as an MT5 account?

We count distinct MT5 account numbers that have reported in within the last 10 minutes, not terminals or license sets. A live and a demo account running together count as two. An account frees its slot after 10 quiet minutes; a restart or reboot keeps it. MT5s hosted with us running your own EAs do not count.

What happens if I connect more accounts than my plan allows?

The newest extra account keeps reporting in but receives no alerts. It is shown as blocked on the Terminals page with the reason. You are never charged automatically; upgrade on the Billing page if you want the slot.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. An upgrade starts immediately at the full price of the new plan. A downgrade or a switch between monthly and yearly takes effect at the end of the current period, and the Billing page shows the date.

How can I pay?

By card through our card payment provider, or with PayPal. Prices are in US dollars; customers in India are charged in rupees through card checkout. We never store your card details.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing and choose Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for and nothing further is charged. You can delete your account afterwards if you want your data removed.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Payments are final, which is why we offer a 7-day free trial with no card required. The exceptions are a duplicate charge for the same period or where the law in your country requires a refund. See the Cancellation and Refund policy for details.
